"ナンNanzan", which is a mountain full of fragrant trees. It is a Zen-esque boutique hotel. It is hidden among the mountains of nanmu and maple forests, with several temple ruins interspersed.
Our design concept originated from "how to hide the hotel in the beautiful mountains and forests without leaving any trace, listen to the stories of the nanmu and maple forests, and explore the beauty of nature and inner peace."
"Hidden in the forest, listen to the maple whispers." We combined the mountain topography and the current status of the forest trees to adopt a multi-point irregular sloping roof wooden house to hide the hotel building in the original mountain forest.
The LOGO of "ナンNanzan" is inspired by the shape of the building's pitched roof and the nanmu forest interspersed in it.
